I am reminded of Dalai Lama's book in which he said - there are two kinds of people - those who believe there is plenty in life to be shared and those who believe that there is not enough to share. Similarly there are two kinds of IT Services Providers - those who are in a rat race to provide similar services for similar prices using similar technologies and those who like doing something different.
At Niche n Agile we had a choice, we have a choice and we have chosen to be unique - be the best at what we do instead of being the largest. Scale brings with it some advantages as well - advantages that help you create things which can't be done on a smaller scale or else the alternative is to create the world's best, smartest, most agile teams who explore niche technologies and relish the experience of creating unique solutions for some of the world's leading MNCs.
To be really good at what you do - you have to really like what you do. I really like our aspiration to be the best at what we do. Aspirations inspire and dreams provide encouragement.
The challenge is to find like minded people who genuinely enjoy being the best at what they do, to create an environment where they flourish and to provide them with guided encouragement so that they can unleash their ideas.
The opportunity is to lead!
